Costume

First we designed a bird costume for practice. We used materials like felt, colored tissue paper, and cloth. We have been taking measurements and working in 2 different groups to make a great bird costume. Something else we wanted you to know is that one of our birds is a mother bird with an apron. The other bird is a rainbow bird that has rainbows all over. These birds were designed with our imagination. We learned that it takes a lot of time and patients to make any costume such as a bird.   Recently, we have been learning about colors and lines. This week we will be learning how to use a sewing machine
