Jobs Performers So
far we have: -
Memorized a situation script -
Memorized dialogues -
Brought props and used them -
Used pauses and handmotions -
Tried to become a character -
Performed in front of people -
Had people critique us -
Practiced vocal exercises -
Done warm-ups The
most important work we have done so far is memorizing monologues. This is
what we did. First Ms. Scesa gave us a script and said to memorize the
first three lines. The first thing we did to make it better was to
enunciate the words and check out our volume. Then we added hand motions
and pauses and slowed down. The most important thing was to become and
stay our character. Other performers raised their hands when we were
losing it. This is the most important thing because we want the audience
to believe we are that real person. This
is the paper we used to check each other out. How
was my performance? Today
